Remedy

If you are not satisfied with this website or with these terms, your sole remedy is to stop using this website. In such a case, you agree to destroy any document you have obtained from this website as well as all copies you have made. These terms will remain in effect notwithstanding the fact that you have stopped using this website.

Le Naturaliste assumes no liability for damage caused to your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to, use of, or browsing on this website, or of downloading documents, data, text, images, video or audio files from this website; nor does it assume any liability for viruses that could infect your computer equipment or other property in the situations described above.

Miscellaneous

Any dispute arising from these terms will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to their conflict of laws principles. You expressly agree that the courts of Quebec and/or the Federal Court of Canada, or the courts of any other judicial district or territory that Le Naturaliste may choose, will have sole jurisdiction to hear any actions, disputes or conflicts related to these terms.

These terms, together with the rules, policies and guidelines posted on this website by Le Naturaliste, constitute the entire agreement between you and Le Naturaliste in respect of the subject matter hereof. No waiver by Le Naturaliste or by you of a breach or default under these terms will be deemed a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach or default. If any provision contained herein is held to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that ruling will not affect the other provisions contained herein.
