The Sky-Watcher 8" SynScan Collapsible Dobsonian combines the affordability and ease of a classic Dobsonian with real-time motorized auto-tracking. Its patented configuration requires no polar alignment, and a dual-encoder system delivers precise, instant tracking, the telescope can even be moved by hand without losing alignment. The 203 mm aperture truss tube collapses for transport, giving you a large reflector that is both capable and convenient.
